It is a duet sung by Evarestos and Ririka from Stathis Mastoras’ and Giannis Prineas’ operetta "I Ririka mas", which premiered on 11.7.1930 at the "Athinaion" theater by the Elefthera Mousiki Skini (Free Music Stage) troupe.
The first actress-singer who sang it on stage and the first to record it, together with Giannis Prineas, was Marika Kourmi ("
Ririka", record X-80106 by Pathé, Athens, 1930), to whom the musical score of the song is dedicated.
